As outlined in Article V of the WBHOA Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs), the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is composed of 3 or more representatives appointed by the WBHOA Board. In accordance with Article V of our CC&Rs, members are required to submit written request prior to exterior alterations to their property, including, but not limited to changing paint/stain colors, altering neighbor impactful landscape, driveway/walkway modifications or additions, any new building (i.e.: tree house, shed, home addition) or exterior construction.
