Established in 1975 Westview Boise HOA is governed by rules and guidelines outlined within our articles of incorporation, code of bylaws, and covenants, codes, and restrictions (CC&Rs) as provided below. Some key items & rules to be aware of include:
Member dues are assessed on a quarterly basis and due at the beginning of each quarter. In 2024 dues are $118 per quarter.
Trailers, RVs, Boats and the like may not be parked on any part of a members property or street unless within a garage or enclosure
Architectural Control Committee approval is required before exterior modifications or additions are made to a property
The affairs of the HOA are run by a board of 7 directors elected by the membership
WBHOA Member Meetings are held annually at a time and place designated by the membership and board (normally in the Spring before the pool season)
